Sand Hill Cemetery is no longer used, but it was a fairly large burial ground, and it is in better condition than it was about 3 years ago. Many gravestones have fallen over, a few almost buried. There are empty foundations, with no stones nearby. Due to exposure to the elements, many of the sandstone headstones are impossible to decipher. There are at least 6 slate stones which have flaked beyond identity.
