LINDSLEY, Timothy, late of the town of Livonia, deceased and alledged to have died intestate. Joel Stone, friend to Timothy Lindsley appointed administrator over the estate of Timothy Lindsley on Nov. 13, 1821. [Livingston County, New York Will Book 1, Pages 229 & 230]

DAVIS, Elezer, late of the town of Livonia, deceased and alledged to have died intestate. Polly Davis, widow and relict of Elezer Davis on Dec. 6, 1821. [Livingston County, New York Will Book 1, Pages 231 & 232]
