The said committee before the proceed to collect the subscriptions or build said church are to have vested in them for the use and benefit of subscribers the right title and interest to all the real and personal estate now vested in or belonging to the Presbyterian Church at Veddersburgh which estate is to be appropriated in the most advantageous manner to the purpose of building said church.
Now therefore we the subscribers for the uses and purposes aforesaid and subject to the conditions and limitations above mentioned do severally promise and agree to and with each other that we will pay to the committee aforesaid the sum of fifty dollars for each share set opposite our respective names subscribed below - and this we agree to do to and with the said committee: One tenth part of the amount so subscribed to be paid on the fifteenth day of Jan. next - One tenth part on the first day of Apr. next; One tenth on the first of June next; One tenth on the first day of Aug.; One tenth on the first day of Oct.; One tenth on the first day of Dec. next; and one tenth every two months thereafter following untill the whole amount subscribed shall be paid.
In witness whereof we have hereunto set our hands this fourth day of Sept. in the yr. of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and thirty.
