The dates that follow the pastors' names cover the periods that they served the church. The original church record itself, is the only authority available to determine the duration of the pastorates. The Minutes of the Consistory and the Minutes of the Classis of Rensselaer have not been consulted. Several of the pastors' gave definite information about their calls, when they commenced their records. The churches of Schodack and Nassau were united until the close of the pastorate of the Rev. Peter Van Buren, in 1821.

- FONDA, Jesse, Aug. 1, 1809 to Nov. 28, 1813.
- VAN BEUREN, Peter, June 15, 1814 to Jan. 21, 1821. Installed, July 3, 1814.
- ROMEYN, James, Jan. 28, 1821 to Nov. 14, 1827. He received the call, Dec. 19, 1820; accepted Dec. 29; preached for the first time as Pastor, Jan. 28, 1821; ordained and installed by the Classis of Rensselaer, Mar. 13, 1821.
- HEERMANCE, Henry, Stated Supply, Dec. 12, 1827 to Sept. 11, 1828. According to the Reformed Church Manual, at this period he was Missionary at Stuyvesant.
- MORRIS, Jonathan Ford, Aug. 11, 1829 to Apr. 2, 1832. Arrived at Nassau, June 13; call made out June 15; approved by Classis, June 30; installed, Aug. 11, 1829.
- HUNT, Christopher, Nov. 12, 1832 to Nov. 5, 1837.
- KNOX, John Pray, Apr. 14, 1838 to Apr. 25, 1841.
- HOLMES, Edwin, Aug. 14, 1841 to Oct. 24, 1850.
- STEELE, Richard Halloway, Aug. 1, 1852 to Sept. 3, 1863.
- COLLIER, Isaac Henry, Mar. 1, 1864 to Oct. 25, 1866.
- BRUSH, Alfred Hamilton, Sept. 22, 1867 to Apr. 12, 1880.
