Dies At Chicago
Chicago, Dec. 4. - T. Z. Cowles, an editor and author, died last night of pneumonia, aged 74 years. For twenty years, until he retired about a year ago, Mr. Cowles was editor of the Economist of New York and previously had been managing editor of the St. Paul Pioneer Press and sporting editor, musical and dramatic critic and night editor of the Chicago Tribune.
