The Impartial Observer was printed at Providence forBenoni Williams every Saturday morning at the Printing Office in the Market House Chamber, the first number appearing March 14, 1801, and ran one year, the last number appearing March 6, 1802.

It was a 4 page sheet, 4 columns to a page. Its price was $1.50 per year.

Mr. Williams anounces in the last number that a new paper "Liberty Sentinel" will appear March 13th following. Price $1.25 per year. Of this latter only a few numbers were printed. We have seen all but No. 17 of the above paper.
