BROWN, William H. and Isaac, Obituary

On the 10th inst., William H. Brown died at his residence in Troy, after an illness of some days, of pneumonia, aged about 39 years. He was born in Schuyler County, New York, December 28, 1854, and came to Troy in 1872, with his parents. He leaves a wife and three children. Three days after the above death, on December 13th, the father of the deceased, Isaac Brown, died, after a short illness. No particular disease is given as the cause of his death, and it was perhaps brought on by the natural feebleness of advancing age, aggravated by grief and depression over the death of his son. Isaac Brown was born in Schuyler County, New York, April 8, 1822, and was therefore in the 73d year of his age. He came to the vicinity of Troy in the spring of 1872, and had lived there ever since. He leaves a widow, and a son and five daughters, as follows: Ben. Brown, Mrs. F. F. Paige, Mrs. George Sinclair, Mrs. J. M. Hadley, of Whiting, Mrs. Geo. Morehead, and Mrs. Otto Weinberg.
