Babb, Esther Lorena, wife of Modica, died Jan. 3, 1863, age 36 yrs. (Stone now broken almost completely by vandals).

Stone at very left rear of cemetery broken so badly by vandals that inscription is unreadable as to name and dates. Picture of stone was taken some time ago but too far to read inscriptions and was not copied.

There are three crude grave markers in the upper righthand corner which never had inscriptions.

Cemetery is well enclosed by a stone wall and is right next to the road, near the water.

All stones in this cemetery were either that of the Clark Family or were related to this family as they owned almost all of the land around what is now known as the East Otis Reservoir and Tolland State Forest. They came from Charlestown, RI to the Town of Otis about 1798.
